If delivery is required, we provide delivery and installation at additional costs depending on the distance the charge is $120 per hour. (small orders, delivery made by SUV)

If you aren't buying a lot of furniture, you can use your SUV or van or rent a U-Haul.

Please note: there are absolutely no C.O.D. orders under any circumstances. All balances owing must be paid in advance at least 2 days before delivery or alternative delivery dates will have to be arranged. We are sorry no exceptions can be made.

If you purchased a lot of furniture that needs transport & installation, we need to transport by truck. The charge is for 2 workers along with a truck, every hour will be $200, minimum time will be two hours. Every additional half hour onwards will be $50.

for 1 worker along with a truck, every hour will be $70, two hours up plus half an hour driving empty. but we will ship the furniture to your home after loading and need your help to move them together.

All of furniture are wrapped and placed into boxes for pick up by sedan, Van or SUV. Some pieces the biggest box need to be strapped on top of SUV.

Mattress can only be placed on top of VAN or SUV. For environmental purposes, we use a knit material to wrap the mattresses, not plastic bags. So, it can't be pick up on days with heavy rain as it will not be water proof.

When you are going to install the furniture, we will provide you with a link with installation instructions. If you are not strong physically, we suggest you contact a professional to install to prevent injuries.

When you are unable to screw in or construct a certain part, please check again everything we sell has been measured to perfection.

DO NOT USE BRUTE FORCE, IT WILL DAMAGE THE FURNITURE

There will be no issue with the sizing. And we double check each package before sending it to you to make sure it's perfect for installation.
