If you want installation as well, it will be 10% of order total before tax.

Pickups are available at our Richmond warehouse. Items must be thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, and no returns are accepted if damage occurs during or after transport.

All of furniture are wrapped and placed into boxes for pick up by sedan, Van or SUV. Some pieces the biggest box need to be strapped on top of SUV.

Mattress can only be placed on top of VAN or SUV. For environmental purposes, we use a knit material to wrap the mattresses, not plastic bags. So, it can't be pick up on days with heavy rain as it will not be water proof.

When you are going to install the furniture, we will provide you with a link with installation instructions. If you are not strong physically, we suggest you contact a professional to install to prevent injuries.

When you are unable to screw in or construct a certain part, please check again everything we sell has been measured to perfection.

DO NOT USE BRUTE FORCE, IT WILL DAMAGE THE FURNITURE

There will be no issue with the sizing. And we double check each package before sending it to you to make sure it's perfect for installation.
