1 Year-Warranty: This guarantee does not extend to normal wear and tear, which includes but is not limited to: cuts, scratches, impact damage, accidental damage, discoloration, shrinkage, fabric pilling, deformation of filling materials, and staining.

Products that have been improperly stored, assembled, installed, used, abused, misused, modified, or cleaned with inappropriate methods or products are excluded from coverage.

This guarantee is also void if the item has been placed outdoors or in environments with extreme conditions. It does not cover any consequential or incidental damages.

Liquidation and final sale items are excluded from this guarantee.

Damage resulting from improper assembly or mishandling—especially surface scratches—will not be covered under this guarantee.

Deposits: Customers may place a non-refundable deposit in person to reserve products. Reserved items will be held for a maximum period of 14 days.

Exchanges: If the product qualifies for exchange (damaged, incorrect color, wrong order), please bring the item back to us in the original packaging along with the original receipt as proof of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, and must include all original screws and packaging. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Pre-Installed Furniture: All pre-installed furniture are final sale, exchanges are possible if there is problem (damage, wrong order).

Requesting Touch-Up Paint: If touch-up paint is needed by our customer, it will need to be picked up at our location. No alternatives can be made.

Solid Wood Pattern: All of our furniture is made of solid wood. Solid wood generally has tree knots, tree scars, tooth joint marks, splicing color differences, and sometimes lines of mold during storage. Dark-colored furniture may have different shades due to the dark-colored paint staining applied and unevenly penetrating the solid wood surface. This is normal and not a quality problem.

Accuracy of Product Representation: While we strive to ensure that images on our website accurately depict our products, variations may occur due to changes in available styles and colors. Customers are encouraged to schedule appointments to view our current inventory in person for the most accurate representation.

Protection and Maintenance: Our furniture is coated with a varnish finish. However, due to cost considerations, comprehensive protection of all surfaces may not be feasible (under and back side of furniture). Customers should note that minor scratches may occur during transportation. Hand-painted decorations and gold accents are subject to slight variations and may not achieve absolute uniformity.

Paint Cracks and Climate Effects: Solid wood furniture may develop paint cracks in response to fluctuations in climate and temperature, particularly around expansion joints. With time, these cracks typically stabilize. Customers experiencing such issues may request touch-up paint from us to restore the furniture's appearance.

Return Eligibility: Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unopened and accompanied by an original sales receipt/invoice. Returned items must be in a resalable condition. Exclusions apply to items sold on sale, samples, final sale, or clearance furniture. All original screws and nails must be included for a return to be accepted.

Assembly and Unboxing Policy: Once the furniture has been unboxed and assembled, returns are not accepted. Pre-drilled holes may become compromised after assembly attempts, and missing small parts may prevent reassembly. Pre-built or already installed furniture is non-refundable.

Mattress Returns: Due to health and hygiene considerations, mattresses cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

All final decisions regarding returns and exchanges are at the discretion of the company.
